We recommend at least 2 weeks notice for custom orders. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

Upon receiving your enquiry submitted via the form, we will reply through email. After confirming the design requirement and other details, we will provide our bank account number for you to transfer the payment. After receiving the transaction record, the order would be confirmed. Please note that order will be confirmed only after full payment has been received.
